An author, who specializes in developing safety protocols to prevent gang activities in institutions, schools and communities.

Mr. Woodard is also certified John Maxwell speaker coach and trainer, a certified Behavioral consultant. He has worked with non-profi, for -profit and faith based organization. 

Mr. Woodard was the first person to work as a Sentencing Consultant for The Fulton County Public Defenders Conflict Department. Creating a skill set never used before.

Mr.Woodard also worked for The Department of Juvenile Justice Behavioral Health Department where he created the first and only program in the nation that helped SB440 ( youth tried as an adult) make a transformation to such a degree that judges released many of the youth on their 17th birthday. Mr Woodard also worked as a consultant to The Emory University Barton Juvenile Justice Department.

Mr. Woodard is currently The Director Of Juvenile services with  the Fulton County District Attorney's office. He Co-creating the Reach Transformational Mentorship Program, which to this date has touched the lives of over a 1000 young adults.

Mr Woodard has been featured on I-Heart radio, v103, MPR news, and Channel 2 news  Mr. Woodard brings life lived experience to inform institutions, families, schools and communities on how to reach successful solutions.

Subject Matter Expert

Faythe is a Subject Matter Expert in the fields of human trafficking, addiction, and domestic violence. She has a Master of Administration ofJustice and Security and keeps God at the center of her life. Faythe iscurrently working on her Master's in Marriage and Family studies with thehopes to continue working with survivors and their families.

Faythe is one of the founding members of the Street Grace Survivor Advisory Council and has served for the last seven years on the council. She is also the co-chair of Atlas Free’s Global Survivor Advisory Council which was formed in 2024.

Certified in trauma informed care for youth and adults, Faythe is the first woman in Georgia to be a licensed contract facilitator with TYRO Mom's Leadership program, which helps women overcome the effects of incarceration and integrate back into their family units. Faythe has created curriculum andtaught women in a residential treatment facility how to overcome trafficking and addiction.

Faythe has also helped create and establish a Survivor Mentor Program with Street Grace and

H.O.P.E. Court of Chatham County, GA. As the coordinator, she connected youth survivors in the program with adult survivor mentors, while also mentoring several of the youth.

She has trained Delta’s inflight service crew on human trafficking, shared her lived experience as a training tool for Delta globally, and been a part of Delta’s fireside chats with Allison Ausband.  Faythe also uses her lived experience to train churches, youth groups, the Boy Scouts of America, and others in her community about the complexities of human trafficking and how technology plays a key role. She has been featured on CNN, WCEG Talk Radio, and various other news outlets.

Faythe has helped draft key legislation in Georgia, along with the Survivor Advisory Council to assistsurvivors in getting their records vacated or restricted which passed under SB435 in 2019. She was alsoinstrumental in the name change bill which passed under SB34 in 2021 so that survivors can now get their names changed under seal instead of publicly.

Faythe has also advised on other key legislative initiatives and bills in Georgia during the past several years.  

Faythe's greatest joy is her children, writing, and creating. She also is passionate about helping others overcome adverse circumstances by relying on Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit to lead the way.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING TRAINING CONSULTANT
For over 25 years, DeAndre’ d Marshall has worked in the nonprofit and faith sectors creating programs and opportunities for persons of all ages. She served as a consultant with the National Center for Civil and Human Rights’ Women and Girls Collaborative, planning and executing programs for women and girls focused on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #5—Achieving Gender Equity. DeAndre’ served as the Director of Training and Programs for the International Human Trafficking Institute (IHTI) an operating entity of the National Center for Civil and Human Rights. She assisted in pivoting IHTI at the point of the Pandemic and meeting the goal of training over 50,000 people in Georgia to Learn, See, and Do Something about Human Trafficking. 
As the Director of Training and Programs, she has collaborated with the Georgia PTA, youthSpark, Covenant House, The Coalition of Immokalee Workers, Culture Reframed, Fair Trade Campaigns, Trafficking in America, Men Stopping Violence, The Canadian Consulate, and other Human Trafficking organizations throughout the United States. DeAndre’ was gifted the intellectual properties of IHTI in March 2022. Recently, DeAndre’ couched all of the programs she facilitates under DdM3 Consulting. 
DeAndre' received her BA in English from Austin College in Sherman Texas. She is a graduate of The Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, Georgia. She is also a graduate of the Islamic Speakers Bureau Leadership Institute. She serves on several boards in metro Atlanta and has written several youth-focused curriculums.
